Geocache Description:

You have a choice of one or two bridges: you can either go under the railway and over the river, or over the road. Even though it's a slightly longer walk, I'd recommend the scenic route taking in two bridges.

Back in the days when this was all fields, this part of the river used to be a favourite fishing spot for me. Looking at it now, I can't quite understand why as it only seems to be a few inches deep. I think that explains why I never really caught much in the way of fish around here.

For the longer and more scenic walk, there's a few parking spaces outside the off-licence at N 52° 23.181 W 001° 45.665. Walk north-west to the start of a footpath to the right of the cemetery at N 52 23.238 W 001 45.785.

For the shorter route, park by the Shelly Farm pub at N 52° 23.447 W 001° 47.090 and walk south-east out of the car park to the start of a footpath at N 52° 23.362 W 001° 47.056.

The cache box is a tennis ball tube, which is fairly narrow, so don't bring really big stuff for it. It's well hidden (thanks to Mini Monster). Please ensure that it's securely replaced when you leave.
