Brynllefrith Plantation is a forest walk that is on the mountain
road between Morriston and Betws in Ammanford. The forest walk
consists of Larch, Scots Pine and Sitka Spruce. You can walk
through the woods to the Upper Lliw Reservoir. There are no obvious
paths at first but there are regular waymark posts.
After finding first cache we recomend you retrace your
steps to the start of the forest before heading to the second cache
due to boggy ground between caches. It can easily be combined with
our nearby Grave Secrets II Cache.

PRISON HISTORY
This is the first Travel Bug prison in Wales. The Travel Bug
prison was established in June 2004 at Brynllefrith Plantation in
South Wales as an answer to the rampant lawlessness of rogue Travel
Bugs at the time. During its construction, Travel Bugs laboured to
build the new prison as further punishment for their crimes. The
Prison houses both male and female inmates. Be cautious, the secure
unit houses some of the most hunted and dangerous Bugs around,
though it also contains wrongly convicted Bugs. Travesties of
justice aren’t just confined to the human world…
PRISON INSTRUCTIONS
The Travel Bug Prison is a 2 step Cache. The co-ords point you
to an initial cache where you will receive further instruction
which will lead you to the second “Prison Cache”. The first cache
box contains some trade items in it for Geocachers who just want to
find a cache, but do not have a Travel Bug to trade out. However,
the 2nd box’s main purpose is for Travel Bug exchange. Please don't
take a travel bug from this cache if you will not be able to drop
it off in a new cache within a reasonable amount of time. Also,
please be sure to log your TB pick up and drop. People pay a lot to
buy the TB tags, so please be courteous and keep it moving and
logged in.
RULES
Please only take a Travel bug if you have a Travel bug to leave.
If you have a Travel Bug you just want to drop off without taking
one, this is OK. Help the Travel Bug you take along on its journey,
I'd suggest you check out where a bug is going prior to freeing
it.
