This is on a rather undeveloped part of the Ice Age Trail; it's over a half mile walk from where you will park. The trail is slightly overgrown, but not a problem. This trail is also used by horse riders and adventurous bikers. Make sure to bring the mosquito repellent.
There are two ways to enter this wooded section of the Ice Age Trail; we suggest parking along the road at N42 46.402' W088 58.173' and entering there.The name of the cache refers to the fact that this trail is on an abandoned railroad bed. Those with a keen eye will spot old RR ties and signs or electric poles that ran along the tracks.The cache is in a Rubbermaid container.
