Pretty easy cache near one of the most amazing views of the whole city.
The cache is a white/clear rubbermaid container hidden pretty well out of sight. Your GPS will jump around a bit but you should be able to get a good read with patience.
Parking is almost always available nearby. Take a little time to take in the view from the top of the nearby foot bridge. It's the best view of the entire city I've seen.
