Geocache Description:

This cache has an office supplies theme. I dedicate this cache to all you office workers whose desktop items suddenly sprout legs and run off to Never Neverland.

This cache is in Maple Canyon, an open preserve 1.5 miles north from downtown San Diego on Banker's Hill.

Parking is available on 3rd Ave at the trailhead. It will lead you under the Quince Street Footbridge, which was built in 1905 for under $900 (restoration was completed in 1990 for a cool $250,000.). You're going to head up the east bank when you get to the log over the dry creek bed. You can use it as a bridge but be careful when it rains as it will be slippery.

No bushwhacking is necessary but the last 75 feet is up a loose covered slope and the trees overhead will likely interefere with GPS signals.

Happy hunting.

Dogs Allowed Woof Woof, don't leave me home (leave the kittys)
