The cache is around 1 litre in size and may require a degree of rummaging to find but was visable without moving to much foliage when placed. GPS EPE was 11 ft. You should be able to get a good GPS lock at the cache location.
Contents when placed:
- LX the travel bug
- 8 smiley fridge magnets
- 1 carabineer / compass
- 1 multipart golden hammer / screwdriver set
- 1 baby formula measure
- 1 dent in cache canister from multipart golden hammer
Please make sure that you re-seal the cache lid using the electrical tape (in the bag with the log book). Don't forget to put the roll back before you seal the lid! :-)
Note, of course, that the electrical tape, log book, pencil, and sharpner are not up for grabs! :-)
I would also appreciate it if visitors to the cache could note the condition of the cache canister in the log - I am not sure if it will rust with time or not.
The cache should be reasonably accessible for people of all ages, just watch the gorse. It was placed with a two month old in a front pack and Scott carrying his cup of tea along the way.
When you find it, face due west and wave :) We'll be watching!
