We actually had planned to meet at the river near the pedestrian bridge. Problem was that they decided to close off all access to the River area for a 5K run. So we reverted to plan B and met at one of the other sites as a back-up. BA-Joker was FTF showing up at exactly 7:01 by my official timepiece so he didn't get a time penalty. Although he was at the wrong site which became the right site at 10 minutes until 7:00pm.
I also left J and S with some Jeeps and went to the other site to see if anyone showed there and met Tribe of Two and gave them their Jeeps. So actually you could have been at two locations that night and still got a Jeep. Riverside is very creepy when it's deserted without a soul around. The noise of the cars missing made a huge difference.
