In March 2002 the exchange program from our sister city in Japan was cancelled when war was declared. Our student, fourteen year old Tomoimi, sent us a package containing many things, including a number of origami peace cranes.This is our first cache, hidden on the grounds of a church well known for it's involvement in peace movements, among many other liberal causes. :)(The staff is aware that geocachers are coming!)We're looking forward to spreading our peace cranes far and wide!Original Contents: (Basic rubbermaid type container)Many origami cranesWhere's George dollarnotebook, pens, pencil, pencil sharpener.
