Cache is winter friendly. Located at namesake of this small town.
Grandpa died a few years ago. Grandma is in the Memory care unit at
Keystone. While cleaning their house to get it ready for the
market, we came across Grandpa's rock tumbler and 3 check boxes,
and a Red Owl food cantainer full of polished rocks. I remember
watching Grandpa using the tumbler and changing out the polishing
compound. My sister and I would look at all the different colors
and sizes. We would spend hours with him looking at the smooth and
shiny stones.
This is placed in his memory in a fitting area. All the stones that
were for trade are gone. Traditional geocache swag is now in its
place.
