Bigger is Benner Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

deetylong: Well, it almost made it to the intended three months, but it was indeed in very bad shape. At least it didn't get plundered.

Most of the non-paper items were okay, so I'll place them in other caches. I don't know what I'll do with the desk lamp, though!

I also picked up CacheBot 9000. I guess that's what I get for placing such a big cache!

Thanks much to everyone who visited. I had fun with this one.

Geocache Description:

A big cache in a little Benner Township park.

For those of you who know me, my efforts to place a large cache have become somewhat of a running joke. Well, it’s finally here!

This cache is extra large, and contains things that are larger than you’d usually put in a regular cache. For the most part, they’re also more valuable than the average cache-stash. (Don’t kill yourself rushing out there, you won’t find free GPS’s or anything like that).

The cache is in a nice little park that you’ve probably driven by but never stopped. When you get there, you may wonder if I built the wooden covering especially for the cache!

This cache won’t be around very long. I plan to make it a members only cache for the first month and a half, and then open it up to everyone for about another month and a half. I’m hoping that will reduce the chances of plunder.

Please be sure that you hear the lid make a loud click on both sides when you close it. You need to push a little harder than you think.

Have fun!-DeetyLong
