Jewel of North Idaho Traditional Cache
hodarthestrange: Sorry about not being able to fix this cache. Jewel Lake is a beautiful spot. I have been under the weather for some time and have not been able to get outside. If someone would like to revive this site please do. More people should see it.
I don't know how to delete this entry so I will just say its closed untill someone else takes over.

By the well stocked Jewel Lake day use area.
My first cache to be placed. Jewel Lake is a nice little lake between Kelso Lake and the Pend Oreille River. Bring your poles and fish off the dock or put in a small boat and troll around. Used a red folgers coffee tub. Filled it with a cassette tape, a sony walkman (needs batteries and head phones), a log book, pencil, and pen. Also put in the travel bug Teenagers best friend I picked up at Kelso Lake today.
