During the Northwest Iowa floods of '04, Get Caching got washed away. We were very lucky and found it after the waters receded. And now we finally have it up and going again. The coords posted are not quite the original coords, but are closer to where we found Get Caching after the floods.
Yeah!! Spencer, Iowa, finally has a cache! You get a nice little half-mile walk on a mowed trail. Get Caching is just slightly off the trail, so you don't have to venture too far into the skeeter infested woods!This cache is a regular cache in a 2-quart Rubbermaid container. The original contents include:
*flagging tape
*twine
*some Hot Wheels trucks
*mini key chain fan
*bobbers
*100% deet bug repellant (please leave for everyone)
