Tantor: Well, this has been an ill fated cache from the outset. Early on, the first leg was smashed by a fallen tree. [:O] Then, woodland animals made a habit of eating the first leg’s container. Later, much protesting from GC’ers that protested that this cache actually made you convert a grid azimuth to a compass azimuth. Then the psycho neighbors protested that anyone would be so bold as to use the parkland 100 yards behind their house. [:(!] Now, it appears that the recent flooding raised the water levels enough to inundate the final cache site and soak it beyond recovery. I think that it’s just time that I give in on this one and send it into cache history. However, I do have some ideas for a replacement in the area. Hmmm….
