Cache is in a cemetery along Union Rd. on the south side of Auburn,
IN.
Cache is a Geocaching Micro capsule. Contains ONLY a log, as there
was no room for a pencil.
There is NO NEED to
go over the fence. PLEASE use the gate information here. ANY logs
mentioning "going over the fence" or "hopping the fence" will be
DELETED without notice.
ENTRANCE INFORMATION:
The gate that you need to use is at N41° 21.691' and W85°
03.181. There are three gates, (one double, which MAY BE
chained shut, flanked on each side by a single gate. The chain
across the DOUBLE gate does not mean the cemetery is locked.) The
one you want is the single gate to the left of the double (car)
gate as you look into the cemetery. It will open out to the street
and has an automatic closer. I hope this helps since there were
comments about finding the entrance.
If you have time, look around at all the BEAUTIFUL headstones.
Many of them still look quite new, even though they're over one
hundred years old. There are no posted hours so you can night cache
here. However, this is in a residential area so be kind, be
cautious and be smart.
