Quite easy to find. Wear long pants or your legs will get scratched up. Walking through sand most of the time
It is said that Kit Carson was actually in this area, but it is more likely that one of his party placed his name on the rock North West and up from the Cache. While at the cache look up and see some Petrographys on the rock wall, and the National Park Service carved in the rock below Kit Carsons name and the date 1869.This cache has some very nice stuff in it.
