This cache is Rockin Robin III, rescued from a State Park in the Leelanau Penninsula. up past Northport. We had tried to find it two years ago but gave up. The second time Datum, the original owner could not recover before the MDNR's new rules went into affect. He posted that whoever found it should take it out. We found it on our second try. It is now recycled.Here is a quote from the original Rockin Robin III log; “Here today...gone tommorrow….. Patterned after the original Rockin’ Robin this is strictly a music CD cache. So…bring a music CD with you to exchange. Take a CD – Leave a CD. Or, simply contribute. Got some CDs you don’t listen to anymore? Swap ‘em! Give them new life, pass ‘em on. In return, you might find something you like. At the very least, you’ll get a very warm feeling knowing you’ve contributed to someone’s musical awareness. Don’t let the catchy name of the cache mislead you. It’s more than just Rock ‘n Roll and will contain a variety of ever changing music. The cache also contains a logbook to record your visit.
