Geocache Description:

The 3rd Annual Columbia Gorge Geocachers' Picnic on the shores of the beautiful Columbia River!!!

This is a great opportunity for geocachers and friends to get together for a potluck and story-telling.

Date: Saturday, August 28, 2004
Time: Noon

We've moved to a Washington location this year. This site has restrooms, picnic tables, a walking trail, historic information, nearby shopping and is an AWESOME setting. There are no fees for use. There are numerous caches nearby (6 within a 5-mile radius).

Please post a note stating the number attending and the food item you will be bringing. Also drop any TBs into this cache you'd like to bring. In the past we've exchanged dozens at these events!

We'll be putting together a commemorative cache to remember this event. Please bring an item to contribute to the stash. We'll supply an ammo box and log book.
