Trail has two water crossings from parking area at Walnut Creek park. Container is a camo'd decon container.
This is our daughter's first cache. She won a box of nifty cache supplies at the SoCal Crush picnic. Thank you FishPOET for putting that prize together. Where better to hide part of the cache supplies than in the park where FishPOET was stumped by our daughter's camo method. In fact, the same method was used again, but on a far smaller container this time.
At time of hide, the container has a logsheet, pen, FTF award and.. Jeep TB #3986! On your marks...
This is a wonderful hiking area, bring shoes that can get wet, or a towel to dry now cooled feet. Dogs, bikes, children are welcome, but please keep an eye out -- poison oak can be found to the side of the trails. Walnut Creek Park is open from dawn to dusk, seven days a week.
Main parking area is down a short road at the end of Valley Center. While there, please visit our other caches, as well as those left by other geocachers.
One request: for the person who gets the Jeep -- move it along! Yes, take the picture, write the essay, but pass it into another cache.
