Geocache Description:

The cache is a 3 x 3 container and can be found near Tent Peg Group Campground.

Hwy 18 to Green Valley Lake Rd. GVLR to USFS graded dirt road 3N16. 3N16 to USFS dirt road 3N34. 3N34 to USFS Tent Peg Group Campground. DO NOT continue on 3N34 past the trailhead unless you have a lifted and locked 4x4 as it becomes a black diamond road. This cache is also very close to the trailhead for the Ole Swimmin Hole Kash. The road conditions on 3N16 and 3N34 are constantly changing. Plan accordingly. Two wheel drive is usually acceptable with good ground clearance. Four wheel drive makes the trip safer and there will be less tire spinning. As always with caches on the forest please be aware of the critters that call the forest home. Please replace the cache the same way we hid it so the next cacher can enjoy the find.
