Arkanum XIV -
Kunst
In Anlehnung an die Großen Arkana des Tarots
nimmt mein 9. Cache in dieser Reihe Bezug auf die Karte "XIV -
Kunst".
An
keiner Station muss eine
Filmdose gesucht werden. Insgesamt ist also ein wenig
"Cacher-Intuition" erforderlich.
Jetzt aber nix wie los …
Die Koordinaten führen dich
zum Parkplatz Schweinstal.
Station 1
Station 2
Anzahl der Blütenblätter =
A
Station 3
Jetzt ist deine Phantasie gefragt.
Gehe A * 110 m
und mache Bekanntschaft mit dem
"Tümpelkriecher".
Anzahl der Zähne seiner oberen Zahnreihe
= B
Anzahl seiner Augen =
C
Station 4
Folge dem Weg weitere
B * 30 m
Buchstabens:
(3,12)(4,2)(5,8)(6,9)(7,8)(8,7)
Für den Erstfinder enthält der Cache eine
kleine Urkunde sowie den TB "Sandstein".
Viel Spaß bei der Suche!
My 9th cache in this series follows the
themes of the Major Arcana and refers to the card "XIV -
Art".
In summer 1986 the quarry Picard in the
Schweinstal/Krickenbach was venue of one of the first sculptor
symposia of the region. Ten artists came together and chiselled
their visions of form and shape into the red sandstone cut in this
area. The results are part of the "Skulpturenweg" (sculpture path)
Rhineland-Palatinate which extends from Kusel in the northwest to
Jockgrim in South Palatinate.
Enjoy the interplay of art and
nature!
For the total tour of 7 km I would recommend a bicycle. Be aware
that the reception may be rather bad in the complete valley. The
distances are only rough estimates. Don't look for film canisters
but follow your "cacher intuition".
Let's get moving!
The coordinates lead to the
parking lot "Schweinstal".
Stage 1
Look out for a sand stone block with an
overview of the sculptures. Search for the stylized sculpture
"Steinerne Blume" (stone flower) of Klaus Großkopf (it will remind
you of a certain part of the body) and go to the real work of
art.
Stage 2
Number of petals =
A
Stage 3
Now your imagination is required. Go
A * 110 m
and make the acquaintance of the
"Tümpelkriecher" (pond creeper).
Number of teeth in its upper jaw =
B
Number of its eyes =
C
Stage 4
Follow the route additional
B * 30 m.
Look here for the houses of Irmgard and Kai. The tree between will
show you the coordinates of the next stage.
Stage 5
Number of the round arch windows =
D
Stage 6
Now your attention should be directed to an
ensemble of stones which you can find after further
(B + D) * 50 m
.
Number of blocks =
E
Stage 7
Final spurt! After
(E – C) * 90 m
you will make out a text containing the
information where you can find the coordinates of the main cache.
In the following notation the first number describes the line and
the second indicates the position of the letter:
(3,12)(5,1)(7,8)
For the first finder the cache includes an
FTF certificate as well as the TB "Sandstein".
Enjoy the hunt!
