Geocache Description:

This potentially time consuming mystery cache involves multiple locations and some small expenditures. Alas, informants only share access to their secrets for a price.

In the wake of the dark secrets revealed by Mercury Rising, additional documents related to another New England mystery were surreptitiously obtained and forwarded to me. These coded documents provided tremendous insight into the realm of the United States Navy, but many of the secrets closely guarded by the government and the military were disturbing.

Your task is to decrypt the coded documents, immerse yourself in a cinematographic quest for answers, and to research the local losses to determine the veracity of uncorroborated reports of ghost ships still on patrol.
