The cache is located on the Nancy Danaher Trail, which is owned and maintained by the Litchfield Land Trust.
The trail head is at N 41° 46.218 W 73° 09.159. You will need to park on the side of the road and look for a very small sign. We received permission from the Litchfield Land Trust to place this cache. They were enthusiastic about getting more people out to enjoy the trail. The Litchfield Land Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving open space and forest land in Litchfield. The Nancy Danaher trail runs through property donated by the Danaher family. People near and dear to Team GeoDillo helped to clear and blaze the trail. They also built two new bridges on the trail. The cache container is a 30mm ammo can.
