Cache is located in a corner of Shaffer Park, a 30-acre undeveloped park located adjacent to the PA Turnpike. Shaffer Cabin, the one tangible feature of the park, is used by many local Girl Scout troops for picnics and overnights. You’ll find broad hiking trails throughout the park.You can access the park using the PA 34 entrance. Please park in designated areas. There is only about 75 ft. of bushwhacking necessary after leaving a trail. Not accessible from the turnpike.
