Go to the listed coords, and look behind the concrete pipe for a 2x12 cylinder. In there, you will find the puzzle, that will lead you to the treasure. BUT, you will need to get the key for the final cache at the "Reservoir Dogs" cache. Log your find for that while you are there. Now go get the treasure. This all takes place in the same area this time and it is all in a line. No backtracking. The first part is very close to parking if you need more time with the puzzle and have to come back. This is a kids cache, and kids stuff is what you will find inside. Final cache is a camo ammo can. Please re-hide better than found. I recommend going early evening and enjoying the power line sunsets.
