At the top of Obsession, a local lookout and popular place to climb
Take either the trail through the tailings piles (harder -- look for the log bridge) or the ORV trail (1/2 mile south) and follow it to the top (take all right turns). Be sure to be careful near the edge.
The Cache is a small tupperware container spray painted black.
Enjoy the view while you're here, and watch out for climbers.
