Ok... This is our first attempt an event cache. We are hoping to have a big showing from the El Paso area cachers. The main purpose is to organize the Far West Texas Geocachers into a more organized group. We have started a group on Yahoo dedicated to this purpose. La Hacienda is a very popular place to eat in our fine city. We have spoken to the management and have reserved a room for up to 38 people. Our reservation is for 6:00 P.M. You will be ordering off the menu and are responsible for all of your own costs.
If we have a large group, we will be eligible for specials and, if necessary, we can be moved to a bigger room. We need an RSVP (with number of people attending) by 26 August 2004 from everyone who will be able to attend.
