Micro cache in Misery Bay, Michigan.
Approach from Toivola, and drive down Misery Bay Road. The coordinates will take you to the grounds of a well-maintained historic building located just off the road. Now a Town Hall, it once was a one-room school house.The cache is one of those small tubular micro-caches that are sold by geocaching.com. While it is not on the ground, it is low enough that you may have to clear away some snow to reach it during Winter months. Log sheet only. Bring your own pen/pencil; the cache is too small to hold one.If the weather is nice, you may want to continue down the road [about a mile further] to the little park at the mouth of the Misery River and enjoy the sight and sounds of Lake Superior.FTF will be treated to a pleasant surprise.
