Geocache Description:

A nice easy walk up a hunter's access road off of Rt. 9 in Bennington, VT.

When I finally picked out the spot to place this cache, I looked up and the downhill view reminded me of the scene at Amon Hen in Lord of the Rings.

It was here that Boromir made his last stand while trying to protect Merry and Pippin from wave after wave of Orc and Uruk-Hai. Imagine running down the hill in pursuit.

This was a great little area and there were a bunch of other trails that I did not explore but will in the future.

Be aware that hunting IS allowed here in season - when I get more info I will post the dates.

You are looking for a .30 cal ammo can. It is a typical hide and should be fairly easy for all of you. As always, the logboook, paratrooper, pen, pencil and sharpener are not for trade.

Czarniecki314 will maintain this one once she finds it.

Happy Hunting!
