The National Horseshoe Pitchers Association recently held the 80th Annual World Horseshoe Pitching Championships in Pocatello, ID. This location doesn't have quite the same ambiance but does boast 20 lanes in an idyllic setting.
The Ray and Barb McConnel Courts at Lurgan Township Recreational Grounds is the focus of this small cache. Not much room for anything beyond a log and a travel bug to get this started. Cache is in sight of the courts. Will be very difficult during competitions and baseball games -- probably something going on most weekends.
Visible from the right vantage point. Pls. try to hide it as found or better. Electromagnetic interference in the area may make this a bit tricky.
