This small cache is placed in a little known, hard to find Omaha park. It's named for our friends who live in a house backing up to this area.
This cache is made out of PVC pipe. It's somewhat unusual in size and design. We designed it to fit its location. It only has room for small trade items.... coins, small TB's, or long skinny items such as pencils. Original trade items included a couple paper fans, some coins, and an usual shaped TB. This is a very family friendly cache. You can park within feet of the cache and a sidewalk goes right along side where the cache is hidden. The city of Omaha has recently been replacing the playground equipment in this park making it a perfect cache for families. The hardest part will just be finding the park. Let your GPSr direct you to the parking spot. You should be able to get quite close by car.There are lots of "muggle houses" near the cache site so try to be discrete. Our friends who live in the area say that people walk and jog through this park all the time so it's not unusual to see people walking through... still neighbors seeing someone poking around in the bushes may arouse suspicion. If you think like a geocache and look for the obvious hiding spot you shouldn't have any trouble locating it fairly quickly.
