The cache is a 3 gallon pretzel container loaded with toys for children ages 2-12. Because this is a kids' cache, please trade similar items and sign the log. The cache is located approximately .15 miles north from the dam parking lot (N41 22.077 W80 05.163). From the parking lot, climb the wooden staircase to the paved 12 mile biking/walking trail. The cache is less than 30 feet from the paved trail. Bring your bikes, fishing poles, roller blades, picnic, etc. and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake along the trail. We have seen deer, eagles, osprey, hawks, herons, etc. along the trail. In fact, on the way to place the item we spotted an osprey, heron, and a merganser.
