This is a great spot to stop and take a breath (really). This is rated this high is due to the local terrain. There will be many Muggles in the area (I have never been there when there weren't any around) so some stealth will be required. The cache is in a tupperware type container (Camoed) 5x5x3. While you are taking a breath take a look around and enjoy the view and the area. If you walk towards the view you can reward yourself with a ice cream cone (the best and cheapest in the whole town). You don't need to touch the local vegitation to get to this one.
