This mutli-cache consists of a micro with a 30 cal. ammo can for the final. Both parts are placed along, and not too far off, well-marked blazed trails. We parked along Beaver Dam Road near N42 38.313 W74 00.897. Total round-trip distance on virtually level trails is just over 1 mile. This is a winter friendly cache. It is the 4th component in our Helderberg series, and was placed in preparation for the Second Annual New York Capital District Geocachers Picnic to be held on Sept 18 and 19th, 2004 at John Boyd Thacher State Park.
