Geocache Description:

A very pleasant canalside location

Please state in your log if you found the cache in West Yorkshire or North Yorkshire In 2004 Ian Rutson was bragging that he had visited every cache in West Yorkshire. This, of course, provided a challenge for some of his friends. It was decided that we would place two caches in the four furthest corners of West Yorkshire, and release them one at a time to have him zig zagging back and forth across the county.

The caches were to be called Dung Rangers Tour (an anagram of Run Rutson Ragged). The caches were duly placed by Alex (Slytherin) and Windswept. They were released one by one and the subterfuge worked. After a few weeks the penny dropped and Ian realised what we were doing. He took it very good naturedly and we all had a good laugh.
