A short hike along a side trail south of Salmon Creek Trail.
The three mile Salmon Creek Trail running from just west of I-5 to NW 36th Ave has always been a favorite of ours and was the location for one on my first cache finds. Salmon Creek Cache is now archived so these three caches: Son of Salmon Creek I, II, and III are dedicated to it. All three are Rubbermaid containers with a bit of paint splashed on the lid.You can enter the main trail from several locations but the shortest walk will be from the VGSA parking lot just west of the park off 117th Street. This cache is about 1/4 mile each way between Son of Salmon Creek I and III.The container is out of sight but an easy find.
