I discovered this place couple weeks ago as I was exploring new places to fish. The Marias River is formed by the Two Medicine River and Cut Bank Creek merging together. I've found fishing to be marginal so far down here, but the forks is a cool spot to get wet and mess around. Have fun! The Marias is a good river for floating rafts and such. No rapids to speak of. It drains into Lake Elwell to the east and I've heard that the trout fishing below the reservoir can be good for large browns and rainbows. The lake itself is a walleye and northern pike fishery along with trout, whitefish, and yellow perch. This is an ammo box hide.
