This is a rather difficult cache by the Tour de Austria team. Not
to hard to find but you have to hike a hight difference of 1300m.
It's a 8km small trail which mostly goes up rather steep. If you're
not an experienced hiker please do not try to find this cache. Also
carefully check the mountain weather conditions before starting the
hike. Typically it will take you around 3.5 hours to get up and 2.5
hours to come down again..
This special cache is dedicated by the team Tour de Austria to
Denise. She, daughter, sister, sister in law, and aunt to the
members of our team, has suddely died on Febuary 28th 2004, at the
age of 40. She leaves a husband, a daughter, a son and us on this
world. We want to memorialize her by this cache, we ask the
visitors of this cache to take home a candle, and light it, so she
will still travel all over the world in our thoughts. Thank you,
fellow Geocachers!

beautiful location the journey continues. Continue in the same (NE)
direction.

the location is called "Torscharte" where the electricity cables
cross the mountain into the next valley....
During your hike up you will cross the following co-ordinates:
N47°26.347 E013° 00.813.
On a big rock you will see the Austrian flag painted together with
a number. This number is X
At the top of the hike there is a huge mast for the high voltage
cables. This is a good place to find a spot offering some shelter
for the wind which is always blowing here. On de mast there is
again an Austrian flag painted with another number. This number is
Y
The cache is located at the folliwing position: N47° 26.(X + 11)
