Fire and Rescue Cache
We don’t think much about the people who man the fire departments, until we have need of them. They go about their daily tasks unnoticed till the alarm sounds and they are off to the rescue of someone who has been in an accident or who’s home is ablaze. Then we’re thankful to see them.
They risk life and limb to be sure we are safe. They get our cats out of trees and help our elderly when they have fallen. They raise money for the needy and play Santa for our children. They sit on the ready at all times to help when things go wrong….
We have placed these caches as a reminder to be thankful for them. We want this to be a fun way to show our children examples of good men and women they can pattern their lives after so be sure and say hello when you’re there.
This is a “take only” cache, no need to bring a trade item. It is designed for the kiddies, so bring them all and have fun!
