This journey takes you through a relatively flat terrain, pine forest located in the South Windsor area. This replaces the old Mitchell’s Cache due to muggles and now is in a different location.
Your task is to identify the proper coordinates from the following matrixes to get you to the cache location as efficiently as possible. The correct coordinates located in the matrix are in a straight line and could be horizontal, vertical, diagonal, backwards or forwards. The cache is located (as-the-crow-flies) 0.19 miles from the above location.

For example, N45 42.751 W072 0.420 coordinates taken from the top rows of the respective matrixes could be one location for the cache. However, this is greater than 0.19 miles away from the starting point and would not be valid.
We came up with 8 viable locations accepting a distance of 0.17 to 0.21 miles from the start (we eliminated several due to the direction). GPS readings are poor at some of these locations. If frustrations get to high, the hint will make finding the cache much easier.
If it’s a nice day, be sure to bring a picnic lunch and relax while you plan your journey. Leashed dogs are OK in this area. If you want the greatest challenge, don't decrypt the hint.
