Go to Jail. Go Directly to Jail. Do not pass “Go.” Do not collect $200. Thus ends my first week ever of jury duty. I wasn’t needed even once. I didn’t get the chance to utter those famous words. For that I’m thankful.
**NOTE 1: September 12 – same cache, NEW location due to the fact that I didn’t want any of my fellow cachers to really, really have to go to jail.
**NOTE 2: Do NOT approach from the apartment complex – it is truly illegal. Approach from Lakeridge Drive.
Now let me say those words to you: Go to Jail. Go Directly to Jail.
The only way to avoid your sentence is to follow the instructions in the cache carefully and in detail.
If you see a sign that tells you not to do something, don’t do it - just look for the cache.
In conclusion, it is my conclusion that if I am ever summoned to jury duty again, I won’t make rash promises to place a nearby cache each day! My goal was to prevent boredom on my lunch breaks; instead I have had to make many trips to the area to check on caches, to replace one, and to move this one. Happy hunting!
