This is an easy driveby lunchtime cache and is in a high traffic, high muggle area. Cache is a magnetic hide-a-key, bring your own pencil. There are two parking areas, one up the hill and one down the hill, both can be full of muggles at times. Don't let the muggles or the owls get ya!
