This is the first in what I hope is a continuing series of new
caches.There shouldn't be too much activity around normally but be
aware of bicyclists, walkers, joggers, ball players, etc.
Access is somewhat removed from the easy route.The cache is a
regular Rubbermaid container (now with a chain attached) with the
following initial items (all that's left of the original):
Blood capsules (fake)
Spiderman whistle
Team Sand Dollar
Hoonah Packing Co. coin
When done you might want to walk a bit or sit a spell to enjoy
the beautiful area. Enjoy!!
NOTE: Sign at entrance from Northville Road indicates park is
open "5AM to one hour after dusk"!
Please be CAREFUL when removing and replacing the lid to the
cache. I have now added a "drain chain" to hopefully prevent the
cache from floating "down the drain" if the Drain should decide to
overflow its banks. MAKE SURE THE LID IS TIGHTLY REPLACED!!
