Geocache Description:

Near Butte Falls and Willow Lake, about 1.4 miles up Forest Service Road 37 (gravel road), Near a piece of local history. Hidden in a rubbermaid box inside black garbage bag.

This cache is placed near a lava tube that runs out of the base of Mt. Pitt. Local natives claim that the near by Conservation Camps used it to refrigerate their goods. It has First and Second Finders Certificates, a travel bug, Power Bait, shoe lace, teddy bear, Rain X wipes, CD, garter, radio, lotion, flashlight key chain and more inside. Shouldn't need 4WD, all roads paved and graveled except short spur up to the cache but is very short walk up the spur to the cache.
