Micro cache, approx 3.5 inches long and 1 inch square, located at the end of short easy walk to Stydd church. You will need to take a pen/pencil with you to log your find as the cache does not contain one
Stydd Church is a 900 year old small church, and is all that remains of an early monastic founded in the 12th century. The church is still in use, and open to the public. Presently there is a Faith & Heritage Appeal to raise funds for major repair work needed to keep the church in use. Should you so wish you can make a donation to the appeal using the envelopes and box provided inside the church.The cache contains a one pound coin which the first finder can use as their donation (although if you're feeling flush you could add an extra quid from your own pocket too!)
