Proceed to the listed coordinates. Parking should be available nearby if nothing is going on in State Fair Park. At the intersection you should see a sign for a gate to the fair to your west and a park sign to the south. The cache is located at the following coordinates:N43.0"A"."B" W088.0"C".3"D"
A = The first letter in the park sign (S=9, N=4, T=8, K=1)
B = The price to park minus 99 cents
C = The gate number minus 9
D = The street you are on
The cache is a cool whip bowl with a 5" diameter and a 2.5" depth. Original contents are several smallish trading items and a travel bug. Its location should be fairly obvious.
UPDATE: Cache was muggled and has been replaced in the same location, but this time it is a 1 lb. sour cream bowl that is 3" by 4.5". It contains a log book, some pencils, and smallish items to trade.
