"I therefore designate this Icon of the Theotokos at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church as 'The Miraculous Lady of Cicero, Illinois,' and encourage our faithful everywhere to seek her intercessions".

That is what the web site for this place--St. George's-- tells us about this icon, "The Miraculous Lady of Cicero", which apparently began "weeping" some years ago.
This micro itself should be straightforward enough. As I said, trust your GPSr.
But at least go up to the church itself and take a look at the (poorly maintained, alas) photo of the icon they have posted out there.
If you want to go inside and see the icon and other cool stuff, the church's posted visiting hours are 10:00-17:00 Monday thru Saturday, except during services.
I visited the place at about 11:05 today (Friday), and actually talked to Pastor Nicholas (heh, a good Greek name--the doctor who delivered me was Nicholas Limperis), a friendly, salt-and-pepper-bearded guy who was more than happy to let me come in and view the place, completely unescorted. They even watched my bicycle in back while I was inside. I told them that I had lived in the area for some years and had never actually seen the icon, and they gladly let me have the place to myself. I also told them that I had some friends whom I wanted to see the icon, so if you do want to go inside during visiting hours, it seems there shall be no problem.
I would suggest parking on the street in front.
