While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for the cache owner and block other cachers from placing a cache in the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can’t do so forever.

Nothing seems to happen with this cache listing, so it is now archived, so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if it hasn’t been done already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

(This reviewer note is in English so non-Norwegian cache owners, geocachers and cache reviewers can understand what it says.)

Geocache Description:

Fra Skoleåsen har du flott utsikt over Tofte og Ytre Oslofjord.

Den enkleste måten å komme seg til Skoleåsen er å gå eller kjøre til enden av Smerlingveien der det starter en sti. Stien knekker av mot venstre der granskogen begynner. Litt lenger opp er det et stikryss.
Etter at du har besøkt vår cache kan du ta stien som går til høyre, den fører deg mot cachen "Bernhard #7: Smoke on the water ".


At Skoleåsen (School hill) you will get a great view of Tofte and the outer Oslofjord. The easiest way to get there is to go to the end of Smerlingveien and follow the path from there. This path is also a good starting point if you plan to visit the cache "Bernhard #7: Smoke on the water ". To get there, turn right at N59 32.635 E10 33.008 and follow the sign "natursti".
