Adding parking coords to help out of town folks out a bit. N 35 37 223. W 082 34 039. This location was the source of much controversy several years ago when they tried to develop it and local residents got up in arms. Fortunately it remained a nice woodsy area with trails to enjoy.
We come here every single day to exercise the youngest of the K-9's. She just has to run or you can't live with her! Fortunately this area is very close to home and a nice spot to take a peaceful walk. You will encounter folks with their dogs off leash so if you have a problem with that this is not the cache for you. The GPS was very jumpy so give it time to settle down. You will go off the trail but there is no real bushwacking involved. Hopefully we will run into you out there!
