Located near a spring near the AT. There's a trail to the area, round trip about an hour, might be too hard for small children as it does climb.
This was placed by a member of Team Flashlight.Cache is in a 1 gallon plastic jar, contains some good stuff: a squeezy flashlight...natch!;a whistle on a chain; Zip Zap car and accessory pack; picture frame; pens; rainbow patch; address book; bandanna; measuring spoons and measuring tape; flag button; and a little bottle of bubble stuff with a fish on the top. There's also a neat travelbug called SketchBug that originated in Nevada and was picked up Indiana and brought here..The trail is very pretty, includes a good climb, and probably a pretty cool view once the leaves are off the trees. The official AT parking place is at 38o51.295N 0.78o10.333W. I guarantee a stiff climb if you park there, but you can park further up at38o51.147N 078o10.316W.and you will still have a good climb. From this point allow about an hour to hike and find the cache.Look for the trail on the left, just after you pass 3 flamingoes and a sign that says 731. The cache is near Tom Floyd wayside, if you care to take a side trip.
