For centuries man
has contemplated the transformation of ordinary metal to gold.
Local legend has it that there is a small castle in this area that
is often frequented by one such man that shares that dream. Little
is known about this person or about his successes or failures in
his quest. Years ago, a single slip of parchment was found outside
the castle. Many people believe it is the necessary elements needed
to obtain for the alchemy process. I believe it holds other
information (OK – I created this cache, so I know it holds other
information). In order to find the cache you will need to study the
lists of chemicals and derive a set of coordinates from
them.
| Bromine |
Thallium |
| Magnesium |
Neon |
| Fluorine |
Boron |
| Beryllium |
Oxygen |
| Carbon |
Fluorine |
The cache resides on the grounds of one of the
most impressive city parks I’ve ever visited (closes at dusk). Be
sure to bring your kids, or if you don’t have kids – grab some on
the way. They will enjoy visiting “the castle”. The cache is an
ammo can, but is well hidden under heavy tree cover. I averaged
15ft accuracy when placing the cache – your results may vary. If it
was a smaller container, I would give a finders hint, but how hard
can it be to find an ammo can anyway???
